Sun Damaged Skin
This laser works by selecting the right wavelength and the right energy level and pulse duration in order to damage the target tissue (in this case, oxyhemo-globin) without heating up the surrounding tissue, it will effectively coagulating the vessel. Over a reasonably short-period of time, the old blood will be absorbed in the body, leaving the treated area clear. All other non-laser procedures available in the past, such as sclerotherapy, needle injections of sclerosing agents, such as saline, into the vessels to be removed are invasive and can be painful. Side effects may include hyperpigmentation and telangiectatic or vessel matting. Now there is a safe and comfortable way to remove these vascular disorders.
